MicroCD Labs Refunds & Returns Policy

MicroCD Labs, a division of Karigari Home LLC, supplies research-use microfluidics parts, consumables, sourcing support, and related services. Because many orders are quote-based, supplier-dependent, custom, sterile, or sourced on demand, return and refund eligibility depends on the item type and order status.
Before Payment
Most orders are reviewed and confirmed before payment. Please check product names, quantities, material requirements, destination country, expected use, and lead time before approving a quote or payment link.
Stock Parts and Standard Items
Standard stock items may be eligible for return only if MicroCD Labs approves the return in writing, the item is unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return requests should be made within 7 calendar days of delivery unless a different period is stated in the written quote.
Custom, Special-Order, Sterile, or Sourced-on-Demand Items
Custom parts, special-order supplier items, sterile consumables, opened consumables, OEM components, sourced-on-demand items, and items ordered specifically for a customer are generally non-cancelable and non-refundable once confirmed, procured, fabricated, or shipped.
Services and Digital Deliverables
Sourcing services, supplier searches, OEM matching, consultation time, technical memos, comparison reports, and other service work are generally non-refundable once work has started or a deliverable has been provided.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved order, contact MicroCD Labs within 3 calendar days of delivery at info@microcdlabs.com. Please include the order details, photos of the packaging, photos of the item, and a short description of the issue.
Return Authorization
Do not ship items back without written return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Approved returns must be packaged safely and shipped using the instructions provided by MicroCD Labs.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, or after MicroCD Labs confirms that a refund is appropriate. Shipping, handling, payment processing, customs, taxes, rush fees, and supplier restocking fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.
Research-Use Limitation
Products are offered for non-clinical research use unless MicroCD Labs states otherwise in writing. Refunds are not available because an item was used for an unapproved clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, patient-facing, or regulated use.
