MicroCD Labs Terms & Payments

MicroCD Labs, a division of Karigari Home LLC, supplies research-use microfluidics parts, consumables, and benchtop equipment. These terms describe the current quote, payment, shipping, and order-review workflow.

Quote-Based Ordering

Catalog prices are indicative ranges. Final pricing, availability, lead time, shipping charges, taxes, documentation, and product configuration are confirmed in writing before payment is requested.

Stripe Payments

Approved orders may be paid through a Stripe-hosted invoice or Stripe-hosted payment link. MicroCD Labs does not collect or store card numbers on this website. Stripe may collect payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under Stripe's own terms and privacy practices.

Research Use

Products listed on this website are intended for non-clinical research use unless MicroCD Labs states otherwise in writing. Products are not offered for patient use, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic use, or regulated medical-device use without separate review and written agreement.

Shipping and Export Review

Orders may require shipping, customs, sanctions, export-control, end-use, or hazardous-material review before acceptance. MicroCD Labs may decline or modify an order if the requested shipment cannot be supported.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the item type, supplier status, customization, sterility, opened packaging, and whether procurement or fabrication has already started. Custom, special-order, sterile, regulated, or sourced-on-demand items may be non-cancelable and non-refundable once confirmed. See the Refunds & Returns Policy for more detail.

Supplier References

Third-party supplier names, catalog references, and comparable listings are provided to help identify product classes. They do not imply affiliation, endorsement, distribution rights, warranty coverage, live pricing, or live inventory unless stated in a signed agreement.

Software Tools

MicroCD Labs software tools, including the Microfluidic Modeler and assay-analysis tools, support research and engineering workflows. They do not replace qualified engineering, quality, regulatory, clinical, or legal review. Users are responsible for checking calculations, records, exports, and generated material before relying on them.

Users retain ownership of information they submit and give Karigari Home LLC limited permission to process it as needed to provide, secure, and support the selected service. Users must have authority to submit that information and must not upload unlawful material, protected health information, controlled technical data, or another party's confidential or copyrighted material without permission.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Marks

The MicroCD Labs name, logos, website design, original software, and original materials are owned by Karigari Home LLC or used with permission. Open-source and Creative Commons materials remain subject to their stated licenses and attribution notices. References to third-party products, services, standards, or organizations identify relevant tools or sources and do not imply sponsorship, certification, endorsement, or affiliation unless confirmed in writing.
